2. Why is it called “ME Clarity Cuppa”?
“ME” stands for you—your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. “Clarity” means seeing things more clearly. “Cuppa” simply means a cup of tea or coffee shared in a relaxed atmosphere.
3. Why was ME Clarity Cuppa created?
Modern life gives us little time to pause and understand ourselves. Many people live with stress, overthinking, emotional exhaustion, and confusion without ever reflecting on them. ME Clarity Cuppa creates that missing space.
4. What is the purpose?
The purpose is to help people develop greater mental and emotional clarity through reflection, not by giving advice.
5. Who is it for?
Anyone who wants greater clarity in life. Whether you are stressed, confused, curious, facing change, or simply want to understand yourself better, you are welcome.
6. Do I need to have a problem before attending?
No. Many people attend simply because they value personal growth and self-understanding.
7. Is it only for people with mental health problems?
No. It is for anyone who wishes to strengthen their mental and emotional wellbeing.

No.

No. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
11. Is it religious?
No. People of every faith, or no faith, are equally welcome.
12. Is it spiritual?
Reflection may naturally deepen your understanding of yourself, but there is no religious or spiritual teaching required to participate.

No. It is a guided reflection experience.
14. Will anyone tell me what to do?
No. The purpose is to help you discover your own clarity.

Usually 60–90 minutes.

Only yourself. No preparation is required.

No. Though you may choose to continue reflecting afterwards.

24. What if I don’t drink tea or coffee?
That is perfectly fine. Any beverage—or even none—is absolutely okay.

No. This is not an assessment.

29. Why not simply talk to my friends?
Friends care about you. But they often respond from their own opinions and experiences. ME Clarity Cuppa provides a neutral, guided space focused on your own understanding.
30. Can I attend with my spouse or friend?
Yes. You are welcome to attend alone or with someone.
31. Is there any age limit?
It is generally suitable for adults and mature young people who can participate respectfully.
32. How many people attend?
Usually small groups to encourage meaningful conversations.
33. Is it one-to-one or a group?
It can be either.
34. Where does it happen?
At the WOW Center, cafés, community spaces, workplaces, parks, or online.
35. How often are sessions held?
Depending on the local schedule. Some communities meet weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

Yes, provided your therapist has not advised otherwise. ME Clarity Cuppa is not a replacement for professional mental healthcare.
40. Can I attend more than once?
Yes. Reflection is a lifelong practice. Each session offers new perspectives because life itself keeps changing.
41. How do I join?
Simply register for an upcoming session and arrive with an open mind.
42. What happens after my first session?
If you find the experience valuable, you may continue attending future sessions and, if interested, explore the deeper reflection practices offered through the Chetasyog approach.
43.Is there any fees?
To help us organize the gathering and refreshments, there is a participation fee of ₹101 per person.
44. What are the timing?
Every Saturday 2pm at Wow center ,1st floor, Hypro Biz center, LBS Marg, Mumbai 400083.
