Chetasyog = Chetna + Asthiv + Yog
- Chetna — consciousness, awareness, presence (being-life)
- Asthiv — Physical , Personality, and sociality (being-self)
- Yog — coherence, union
Chetasyog is the understanding of the natural relationship between:
- Life-Is — the cosmic consciousness present in all living beings.
- Self-Me — the individual experience of each living being.
Their union is what makes life possible.
Without this union, there is no living being.
Chetasyog is not a belief, practice, or spiritual goal.
It simply points to what is already happening.
