🌱 Chetasyog Reflection

This is not a pass-or-fail test. The purpose is not to judge yourself. The purpose is to notice:

  • What thoughts keep repeating?
  • What feelings keep returning?
  • What inner narratives keep running?
  • What expectations, fears, beliefs (मान्यताएं), and identities may be shaping your experience?

In Chetasyog, these unexamined patterns are called MINE — Mental Imprints Not Examined. As MINE becomes clearer, MESS becomes easier to recognize.

The movement from unconscious MESS to conscious awareness is the movement toward WOW — Whole Oneself Wellbeing — a more harmonious relationship between Self-Me (individual existence) and Life-Is (the flow of existence itself).

This reflection is not a clinical or diagnostic tool. It is a mirror for self-inquiry in the spirit of the Chetasyog framework. All responses are private and not stored anywhere.
